1.    The student will have a clear definition of Total Building Commissioning and how it is currently used.

2.    The student will gain an understanding of Total Building Commissioning process and each of its steps.

3.    The student will gain an understanding of each project team member’s responsibility for successful Total Building Commissioning.

4.    The student will be presented an example of how the federal government (GSA) utilizes the process of Total Building Commissioning.
