The Design-Build project delivery system is growing in popularity in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry.  This 2 hour course provides you with a review of how the Design-Build project delivery system has emerged today and why this popular system is being used today.  Additionally, the course compares and contrasts design-build to the traditional design-bid-build system as well as construction management.
