Ethics for Design Professionals (2 credit hours/2 HSW Hours)
Course Description
This two hour course will first discuss a basic strategy for making good ethical decisions. Next, all of the elements and requirements of both the AIA Code of Ethics and the NSPE Code of Ethics will be presented. Finally, Prohibitions under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) will be discussed since investigations and enforcement actions have spiked in the last several years.
