PDH stands for Professional Development Hour. Although many states have different names for the PDH (CPC, LU, CMC), all you need to know is that 1 PDH = 1 hour of continuing education credit. Therefore, as an example, if you are in need of 15 credit hours, you would need to satisfy 15 PDH.
Live Seminars -
You may receive a refund, less an administrative fee, if you cancel your live seminar registration at least 10 days prior to your scheduled seminar date. If you cancel your live seminar registration less than 10 days prior to your scheduled seminar then no refund will be issued, however, you may receive a credit in your account for an equally valued seminar for up to one year from the originally scheduled seminar date.
Home-Study Course Books -
You may receive a refund for home-study course books so long as you return the course book to us within 30 days of making your purchase and the course book is still in its original condition. If you have already completed your course quiz and returned it to us then no refund will be issued. Please contact us before returning your course book to us.
Online Courses -
You may receive a refund for an online course so long as you request your refund within 30 days of making your purchase. No refunds will be issued for courses that have already been completed.
Q: Will your courses count towards credit in New York State - Architects
A: Yes, in almost all cases. There are a few courses that New York State will not accept. These courses will have the following statement: 'New York Architects - This course will not be accepted for credit'. This does NOT mean that these courses will not be accepted in other states. There are currently no other states that have refused credit for any Titan course. Further, if you mistakenly order a course that will not be accepted in New York State and you list that you are registered in New York State when registering, you will receive a call from a customer service representative to make sure that you are getting what you need.
New York State has very specific requirements for continuing education credit. Titan Continuing Education is an accepted provider through our affiliation with the AIA (American Institute of Architects). Our providership number with the AIA is J661.
