Change Orders is a common term used to describe changes to a project or more accurately changes to a contract. Change orders most often address differences that occur in the scope of the project, however, some changes are termed out of scope which means they are different that the original intended contract scope. In this 1 hour course we will examine how change orders can impact the scope of a project, resulting impacts to cost, schedule, resources and other management components of the project.
