OSHA provides guidance on respiratory protection through the respiratory protection standard published in 29 CFR 1910.134. Respiratory protection is an important job safety activity, but using respirators can be dangerous just by itself. The one hour course outlines all of the requirements, prohibitions and safe operation and maintenance associated with respirators.
