| Course Description |
| This 4 hour course will cover the preparation and execution of design-build procurement processes and contracts. The course will first provide some guidance for the preparation of performance specifications for design-build projects. The course then outlines the complete design-build procurement process including the RFQ, RFP and various procurement and evaluation methods. Finally, the course discusses the intricacies of the design-build contract including how different contract forms are applied to design-build projects and specific terms and conditions unique to the design-build contract.
