| Course Description |
| This 3 hour course explains how the design-build project delivery system works and why it is successful today. The Design-Build project delivery system is growing in popularity in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry. This course provides you with a review of how the Design-Build project delivery system has emerged today and compares and contrasts it with other current methods that are being utilized. The organizational aspects of the design-build team formations are presented along with the responsibilities of the various parties.
