This 2 hour webinar will first present the basic tenets of the Code of Ethics for Engineers and Architects, both developed in 2007 by the National Society of professional Engineers and the American Institute of Architects respectively. Next, Prohibitions under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) will be discussed since investigations and enforcement actions have spiked in the last several years. Finally, ethical scenarios with be presented for interactive participation regarding solutions that would be most appropriate.
