This two hour webinar will discuss geosynthetic properties, uses, and how to incorporate them into a reinforced slope.  We will discuss different facing treatments for slopes and when to use which type.  We will also work through an example of how to analyze a slope to determine the inherent factor of safety using the Bishop Method of Slices.  We will continue to work through the example and learn how to increase the factor of safety of a slope through the use of geosynthetics.  The webinar will conclude with case histories of failed reinforced slopes.
