The Design-Build project delivery system is growing in popularity in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry.  This 2 hour course provides you with a discussion of the project management areas that should be executed differently on the design-build project including planning, time and money management, quality control and project closeout.  The course also describes the specific project manager responsibilities that exist on a design-build project. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the design-build process are listed separately for the owner, designer and builder.
