Water Quality Control (CILB# 0611447) satisfies 1 hour general (1 credit hours)
This one hour online course will provide necessary information for those practicing construction today on the topics of water pollution and water quality control.
  
Water quality control can be impacted by everyone on the construction jobsite and that impact can be negative or positive. This course will first introduce the hydrologic cycle. Next the course will identify and discuss water pollution and various water quality impacts. Finally, the course will present and define various forms of water management including the Florida Department of Transportation’s requirements specified to prevent water pollution on road and bridge construction projects.
