Every day contractors are faced with regulations that impact their businesses, operations, clients, and projects. Environmental regulations can have a substantial impact to every project that a contractor works on, sometimes involving significant fines. The goal of this course is to prepare the contractor with a basic understanding of these regulations and where to look for project regulatory  assistance. The course will also introduce the concept of risk management for contractors, and reveal that many contractors may have environmental exposures that they are unaware of.
