This course will initially present a State issued report on unlicensed activity. Next, this course will discuss the impact of unlicensed activity and case studies of unlicensed contracting activity. Finally, the course will provide students with methods to avoid unlicensed contracting as an owner.

• The student will exposed to the Unlicensed Activity Report issued by the State in 2016.
• The student will be able to identify the legal impacts of unlicensed activity.
• The student will learn about the unlicensed contractor violations
• The student will understand how an owner can avoid unlicensed contracting.
