The course will first cover any rule changes that have been issued by the Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation over the past two years. The course will then present actual worker’s compensation case studies involving fraud that were documented in the Fraud Joint Report of July 20, 2016. The course will also cover the stats and outlook presented in the 2016 Worker’s Compensation Results and Accomplishments Report.

• The student will understand the new rule changes issued by the Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation over the past two years.
• The student will become aware of actual worker’s compensation fraud cases through Florida.
• The student will know what is being reported in the 2016 Workers Compensation Results and Accomplishments Report.
